Description

The Britannian Royal Airborne Battalion Infantry are commonly lightly armored infantry that prefer maneuverability and firepower over armor.
Uniform is open for customization by preference of the individual soldier. Headgear may consist of berets, stahlhelms, shakos, boonie hats, peaked caps, etc. Most uniforms consist of either red or dark grey. Black pants with single red stripe preferred. Squads will make effort to match color for collar and cuffs.

The infantry of the Royal Airborne Battalion are separated into three Companies. illustrations from right to left
1st Company, The Fusiliers, are the largest infantry fighting force of the Battalion by number of individual soldiers. They are identified with a red hackle on their headgear. They are lightly armored with a cuirass or flak jacket for added maneuverability. Fusiliers are able to air drop into battle. They are trained to storm the front-line and attempt to gain as much ground for the main fighting force. They specialize in skirmishing until the allied main fighting force arrives. The Fusiliers are mainly male, with some female.
2nd Company, The Valkyries, Elite Airborne Commando units of the Battalion. Identified by the wing symbol painted onto their headgear. They specialize in air dropping behind enemy lines, harassing the enemy, then quickly extracting as the main fighting force approaches after effectively distracting the opponent. The Valkyries are exclusively female.
3rd Company, The Highlanders, perhaps slightly more heavily armored than the previous two Companies. Commonly identified by their tartan kilts. Ground exclusive units that support the Fusilier skirmish. Unlike the Fusiliers and Valkyries, they do not air drop into battle due to their heavier armor. They have a significantly higher survivability than the average Fusilier, and are very much capable of holding off on their own. They act slightly more defensive than the offense oriented Fusiliers and Valkyries. Highlanders are mainly male with a small number of female units.

--End Report--

Cannon Fodder, Fanservice and Men in Skirts. I have been taking so many liberties out here. But hey, I'm just making an attempt to contribute. And for now this is a prototype until the unit cards are officially made, so it's likely to change if there are any problems.

I dare you to jump from a dropship in a kilt.
